Please Read Carefully Before Continuing with Setup of any of our Software.  

By continuing with the setup, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, DO NOT CONTINUE WITH SETUP.   

Return and Refund Policy

• All of our software programs have full working versions that can be download and used before you make a purchase.
• Please try the program to see if it will fit your needs before purchasing the program.
• Since we offer full working programs to try before you purchase, once a program is purchased, programs cannot be returned, and no refunds will be given.

• All Prices are in US Dollars - If you're based in NJ, add 6.625% sales tax 
• We Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Checks or Money Orders 
• Since we offer full working programs to try before you purchase, we cannot make any refunds, once a program is purchased. 
• Interfaced with QuickBooks, does not include any QuickBooks program, you must already own QuickBooks. 

1. Grant of License This Edonna License Agreement ("License") grants you (the end-user) the right to use one copy of the enclosed Software Application (Software) on a single computer. If enclosed Software is a networked version, this license allows you to use it on one network server and your workstations connected to that server.    

2. Copyright This Software is owned by Edonna Products and Services, Inc. and is protected under the copyright laws of the United States of America. You may make one copy solely for backup purposes and you may also transfer the information contained on these software disks or CD to one hard disk for the purpose of everyday use. If software is a networked version, you may copy it onto one network server and the workstations connected to that server. You may not copy any written material, video files accompanying or pertaining to this software.   

3. Other Restrictions This license agreement must be kept by you. You may not rent, lease, loan, give or sell this software or agreement to anyone. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify this software.   

4. Limited Warranty This software program has a trial version available online that you can download and tested to see if it suits your needs. Therefore, there will be no refunds given once program is purchased. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which may vary from state to state.   

5. No Other Warranties No other warranties, whether expressed or implied shall apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which may vary from state to state.   

6. No Liability For Consequential Damages Under no circumstances shall Edonna Products And Services, Inc. or its suppliers be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) which you may incur from using this product, video files or from the written material  accompanying or pertaining to this product, even if Edonna Products And Services, Inc. or its suppliers, has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply to you. In no case shall Edonna Products and Services, Inc., its officers or its suppliers, liability exceed the purchase price of the software.
